The Nutraceutical Family of Brands are
the "bread and butter" of my two stores
success. I have many customers and many reps
from other nutritional companies comment
(exclaim is a better word) that they have
never seen so much Nutraceutical in one
store. One of my other major lines has
recently
placed some of their best sellers in several
well known mass market discount chains. I
have been told to not worry because it is
only a few products and it will not effect
my business. An opinion I do not agree with.
I have recently discovered they are
marketing on the internet at a substantial
discount and on their own store locator
site, thus directly competing against the
internet stores listed on that site. Is
loyalty important to me? ABSOLUTELY! As long
as Nutraceutical stands by me then I will
reciprocate and stand by them, and we both
will benefit and prosper.
The customer support from Nutraceutical has
been outstanding and my rep is the best rep
ever.
